Une courbe dans la rivi\u00e8re du Ch\u00eane ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9limin\u00e9e en 1970, les pont Bolduc et Morin sont devenus inutiles. S&rsquo;il avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 en place, le pont Caron aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 visible sur cette photo. On y voit les 3 ponts couverts et on reconna\u00eet les 2 maisons \u00e0 droite. Le pont Caron aurait donc probablement \u00e9t\u00e9 construit vers 1944.
