Moi qui croyais que l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e avait \u00e9t\u00e9 calme, j&rsquo;ai rapidement vu qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;en \u00e9tait pass\u00e9 des choses en 2012. Tellement de choses en fait que je vais diviser le bilan en 2 parties. On se souviendra qu&rsquo;on avait annonc\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 de hausser la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre structure de 7 ou 8 pouces. Les travaux \u00e9valu\u00e9s \u00e0 100 000$ faisaient suite au passage de l&rsquo;ouragan Ir\u00e8ne l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Ce pont de construction r\u00e9cente n\u2019avait aucune valeur patrimoniale, mais il est triste de voir r\u00e9duit en poussi\u00e8re le travail r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui croyaient en ce beau projet. Cette ouverture hivernale est exceptionnelle et ne devrait pas se reproduire. Dans un autre ordre d&rsquo;id\u00e9e, un excellent <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=c-TOVbwAZOE\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">documentaire vid\u00e9o<\/span><\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu accessible sur Internet.
