J&rsquo;ai pens\u00e9 passer en revue les moments forts de cette structure dont la disparition affecte grandement les gens de Low. En plus de mes propres photos, je vais utiliser des clich\u00e9s provenant de plusieurs pr\u00e9cieux collaborateurs ayant visit\u00e9 le pont Kelly au fil des ans. Certaines photos publi\u00e9es aujourd&rsquo;hui sont in\u00e9dites. Il mesurait 88 pieds de long. Le pont venait d&rsquo;avoir 95 ans. Un autre rapport de 1954 recommande de reconstruire la cul\u00e9e droite en caisson de bois rempli de pierre et d\u2019ajouter un avant-pont afin de r\u00e9duire la pression du talus qui \u00e9tait en train de faire basculer la cul\u00e9e de b\u00e9ton.
